Terms And Conditions
The ensuing terms and conditions establish the agreement between you and Wembley Taxis. By reserving a taxi and utilizing our services, you unconditionally accept the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
In these terms and conditions, "Wembley Taxis," "we," or "us" refer to the service provider. "You" and "your" encompass any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.
2.1 You are responsible for allocating sufficient time for your journey to ensure timely arrival. This includes all airport transfers where you must adhere to specific check-in times for your flight. We are not liable for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or your unavailability at the scheduled pickup time.
2.2 It is your responsibility to request a vehicle of an appropriate size for all passengers and luggage. We do not guarantee the carriage of excessive luggage. Please note that irrespective of age, a child is considered a single passenger.
2.3 For passengers requiring wheelchair access, please make this request when booking.
Prices & Payment
3.1 Our quotes are based on information provided by you. Unless otherwise stated, all prices exclude VAT, and any applicable VAT charges will be added. We reserve the right to modify the provided quote if there are substantial changes to the planned itinerary.
3.2 Our quotes include a 45-minute waiting period after the specified landing time and cover airport parking fees. Additional waiting time beyond this will be billed at our standard waiting rate. While we strive to accommodate flight delays based on revised flight details, it is not obligatory.
3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. Please review this confirmation carefully and ensure its accuracy. Failure to notify Wembley Taxis of discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs.
3.4 Payments for our services can be made in cash, by credit card, or debit card.
4.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any cleaning costs incurred due to soiling, damage, or disturbance caused by passengers may be charged.
4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in the vehicle.
4.3 All children in the vehicle must be appropriately restrained according to their height, weight, and age.
4.4 We are not authorized to carry more passengers than specified by licensing or insurance.
5.1 If you need to cancel your booking with Wembley Taxis, please notify us as soon as possible. If you cancel after dispatch, a charge will be based on the time and distance covered by the driver up to the cancellation point.
5.2 For online bookings, if you cancel before dispatch, a charge may apply to the initial payment.
6.1 While we make every effort to ensure timely arrival at your destination, we are not liable for losses due to circumstances beyond our control. Wembley Taxis will not be responsible for any losses incurred by you or your business.
6.2 Your luggage is carried at your own risk.
6.3 In the event of a vehicle breakdown during your journey, we will make arrangements for an alternative vehicle to complete your journey as quickly as possible.
6.4 You will not hold Wembley Taxis liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any act or omission by any member of your party.
6.5 No party involved may limit their liability for personal injury or death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or matters classified as unenforceable under applicable laws.
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or decline a booking immediately if any passenger's actions jeopardize the vehicle or driver, whether through abuse, violence, or damage. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.
8.1 Wembley Taxis may subcontract its obligations as specified in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement.
8.2 Wembley Taxis may modify the terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Please review these terms regularly to stay informed of any changes. Existing bookings will be executed at the rates in effect at the time of booking.
8.3 We handle, use, and process information in compliance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.
8.4 This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between Wembley Taxis and you.
8.5 These terms and conditions do not confer any benefit or advantage to a third party. No third party may enforce rights under this agreement unless specified in writing.
Any dispute or claim must be submitted within 30 days from the pickup date of the booking. Claims or disputes made after this period will not be entertained by Wembley Taxis.
